TRANSFER

Automatic full-load loader

The TRANSFER automatic loader is the perfect companion for the STATIC REFRAC stone oven, delivering maximum efficiency and productivity. It enables simultaneous, automated loading and unloading of all levels within seconds, smoothly and effortlessly. We offer a range of configurations and automation options, tailored to each customer’s needs. One loader can serve up to four ovens, depending on product type and baking time.
  1. Automate processes and optimize resources
The simultaneous loading and unloading of all oven levels is completed in seconds, increasing production and reducing labor needs.
  2. Easy to operate
It is simple to use and does not require specialized personnel, making it easier to handle in the bakery workshop.
  3. Tailored to your needs
We design the STATIC REFRAC oven and TRANSFER loader as a complete system to meet your specific production requirements.
  4. Robust and reliable
Built for daily intensive use in the bakery, this system is noted for its durability and reliability, with installations exceeding 30 years of continuous service.
  5. Efficiency in every cycle
The automatic loader minimizes physical effort and enables quick, smooth loading and unloading, maximizing efficiency and ensuring a constant flow in every production cycle.
  1. Steel structure supporting loading floors, built from stainless steel.
  2. Floors are coated with a non-stick fabric with adjustable tensioners.
  3. Picks up and places dough directly onto the refractory stone of the STATIC REFRAC oven.
  4. All loading and unloading movements are automatic, driven by motor reducers with speed variators that ensure smooth movements thanks to acceleration and deceleration ramps.
  5. Automatic alignment with the oven floor and fixation station or loading/unloading cabinet, without manual adjustment.
  6. Single-control operation for ease of use.

Available models:

  1. TRANSFER CONTROL loader
Full-load loader with programmable loading and unloading depth. Features motorized and programmed lateral movement, with automatic loading and unloading movements controlled by speed variators.
  2. TRANSFER VARIO loader
Full-load loader with independent loading and unloading by level. Manual lateral movement, with automatic loading and unloading via speed variators. Available for models SR-8, SR-10, and SR-12.

  1. Touchscreen programming
Control panel with an automated system that enables programming all loader movements via a touchscreen, with precise positioning provided by an encoder. This option is essential for setups with more than four stop points.
  2. Flipping system
Designed for bread that requires flipping during baking, this automatic flipping mechanism offers convenience, quality, and significant time and labor savings.

Example of a Semi-Automatic Production Process:

  1. Transfer of proofed dough portions (1) to the cabinet or station (2).
  2. The loader (3) aligns with the cabinet or station (2) and picks up the dough portions.
  3. The loader (3) moves laterally, positions itself in front of the selected oven (4), and inserts the dough portions inside. Baking begins.
  4. Baking completes.

The loader (3) aligns with the oven (4) and collects the baked items.

  1. The loader (3) aligns with the cabinet or station (2) or moves to the unloader (5) and unloads the baked items.
