What started as a small bakery with just 3 employees in its early years, today has a team of more than 50. This sustained growth over the years has been possible thanks to its deep respect for the baking profession, combined with the effort and dedication of its team. Its formula: a perfect blend of innovation and tradition.

We make our products in the most traditional way possible, collecting old recipes and using top quality ingredients, to make our bread a differentiated product with great personality and a unique flavor in each of its varieties.” comments Mr. Filipe, founder of the company.

Among their specialties are grandma’s bread, wood-fired bread, ciabatta, paozinho, buns, Amarelo corn bread, cereal bread, rye bread, rustic bread and the famous cereal bolinha, among others. All these delicacies are now baked on a refractory base, in GPG’s innovative STATIC REFRAC thermal oil ovens.

This technological choice has been key to its evolution. “The constant improvement of processes, their mechanization and automation, has allowed us to guarantee the quality and consistency of the final product, without losing the artisan spirit and tradition that we have followed since our origins,” the company explains.

The installation of two STATIC REFRAC thermal oil ovens with refractory stone, equipped with a fully loaded automatic loader, has been a decisive step. Thanks to this advanced GPG technology, the bakery can ensure perfect baking in each batch, maintaining the artisan essence that characterizes them so much.
